Grandmaster Yuanming Zhang is a 7th generation lineage holder of Mt. Emei Qigong, 17th generation successor of Mt. Wudang Longmen School, Dean of Qigong & Acupuncture at Guangming Chinese Medicine College, Beijing and Consultant to United Nations Qigong Society.
Hsin-Yi Five Elements: The theory behind Hsing-I is based on the Asian philosophy that the human body and the universe can be one. Master Zhang's Hsing-I chuan consists of 3 internal preparations: Hsing-I Nei Dan (Internal) Gong; Six Harmonies; and San Tsai (three-in-one post stance) and 5 techniques: P'chuan; Peng chuan; T'swan chuan; Pao chuan; and Heng chuan.
