Vol. 2: 5 th Chieh (Green Belt) Requirements: Basic forms and throws which are needed to get you to the green belt ranking. Dr. Weng shows you in regular speed first and follows up with break-down movements of each form and throw. This tape concludes with an exciting segment of combinations of self-defense applications. Vol. 3: 4 th Chieh (Green-Blue-Green Belt) and 3 rd Chieh (Blue Belt) Requirements: The first part shows the basic forms and throws which are needed to get you to the 4th Chieh ranking.
