This Therapeutic Qigong video includes 20 easy to learn, yet effective, traditional Chinese Qigong methods for physical therapy. These 20 methods used in ancient China. They can be used for treating neck, shoulder, and back pain, and for rehabilitation from chronic illnesses. Regular practice can also reduce stress and tension, maintain normal functions, and strengthen the body. Therapeutic Qigong exercises were created by Dr. Wang Ziping and systematized by his son-in-law, Dr. Wu Chengde in 1958. This video is demonstrated by Master Helen Wu, daughter of Dr. Wu Chengde.
