O-Mei Kung Fu comes from the sacred mountain of O-Mei in China’s Sichuan Province. It combines the best of the external and internal schools. These four videos comprise the basic curriculum of O-Mei Kung Fu.

Vol. 1: This video includes three complete forms! These are the basic building blocks for O-Mei Kung Fu and the best place to start! Included on this tape are the Basic form (no belt), the Five Motion form (white belt), and the Southern Fist Tiger form (yellow belt).

Vol. 2: This video includes four complete forms! This tape introduces you to the basic fighting techniques and weapons of O-Mei Kung Fu. Included on this tape are the O-Mei Fist (yellow black belt), the O-Mei Fighting form (green belt), the O-Mei Basic Sword (green black belt), and the O-Mei Basic Staff (purple belt).

Vol. 3: This video includes three complete forms! On this tape, you will learn staff fighting and two competitive routines. Included on this tape are the Staff Fighting form (purple black belt), the O-Mei Long Fist One (blue belt), and the O-Mei Long Fist Two (blue black belt).

Vol. 4: This video includes three complete forms! Now you can learn the classic five animals of O-Mei Kung Fu, along with the powerful Tiger Crane form, plus grappling! Included on this tape are the Five Animals (brown belt), the Southern Fist White Crane Tiger form (brown black belt), and the Grappling form (brown black two belt).
