This video from Grandmaster Dr. Steve L. Sun, Ph.D. contains 10 basic qigong warm up exercises, 12 basic techniques with the Wind-Fire Wheels and a step-by-step instruction of the "ovice form". It is a companion video to Dr. Sun's Wind & Fire Wheels book. Grandmaster Sun is a 10th degree black belt and founder of Sil Lum Studio & Martial Arts Academy in Haverton, PA. He is a 31st generation disciple of the Shaolin Temple in Henan, China. Dr. Sun was inducted into the USAWKF Hall of Fame in 2000 where he received his "outstanding Grand master" award. He received his Ph.D. in Martial Arts from the International Martial Arts University in Los Angeles, CA in 1999. Dr. Sun also holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed Engineer and a certified Oriental Medical Doctor.
