This Emei Tai Chi Push Hands Two-Man Sparring Form was created by Tai Chi and Qigong Master, Jack Fu Xueli, and his martial brother, Master Wang Fangxin. It is based on the teachings of Grandmaster Lin Mogen. This sparring form is a compilation of all the traditional Tai Chi Push Hands fighting methods passed down through six generations of masters, including Single and Double Push Hands, Moving Step Push Hands and Tai Chi Internal Qi Practice, as well as 4 Corner Methods and 5 Element Push Hands. It is the most comprehensive and advanced Tai Chi Push Hands Two-Man Sparring Form ever produced. Each set of movements can be practiced separately, for health or for combat.
