Eagle Claw boxing is a traditional animal-imitating style that incorporates the movements, techniques and methods of the eagle. According to legend, the routines of eagle claw boxing are said to have been created by the heroic general Yue Fei of the Song dynasty (420-479 CE.)
In this tape, you will learn step-by-step a complete routine of Eagle Claw. Slow motion and reverse angles clearly reveal each movement.
